Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date not set.
This policy applies to everyone who uses Traza Cloud. It is part of the Terms of Service.
You may not
- use the Service to break the law, or to store or transmit content you have no right to share;
- send data you are prohibited by law or contract from sharing with us;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, except under our responsible-disclosure process at https://www.trazadb.com/security/;
- attempt to access another organization’s data, circumvent authentication, scopes, rate limits or usage caps, or interfere with other customers’ use;
- send traffic designed to degrade the Service, or generate load far beyond your plan’s purpose, such as using span attributes as bulk file storage;
- use share links or alert destinations to distribute malware, spam or content that harasses or exploits others;
- resell the Service without our written agreement.
Running the open-source engine yourself is governed by its Apache-2.0 license, not by this policy.
Enforcement
We may remove content, pause ingestion or suspend access that violates this policy. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix it; where the security or availability of the Service is at risk, we act first and tell you as soon as we can. Reads and exports of your own data remain available during a suspension unless the law requires otherwise.
Reporting
Report abuse to legal@trazadb.com, and security vulnerabilities as described at https://www.trazadb.com/security/.
